01Services provided

We provide design, UI/UX, product interface, graphic design, pitch deck design, and related creative consulting services, offered on a project, sprint, or subscription basis.

02Pricing & payment

All prices are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

• One-time or project-based services: 50% of the total project fee is due upfront before any work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final assets.
• All invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Work will not commence, and final deliverables will not be released, until the required payment has been received.

03Deliverables & ownership

• All deliverables remain our property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the work for your business purposes.
• We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

04Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate content, and the materials necessary for project completion. Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.

05Cancellations & refunds

• Project or sprint work: cancellations after work has started are non-refundable.
• Subscription services: you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal. No refunds for partial months.

06Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

07Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajaccio, France, except where mandatory law in the client's country provides otherwise.
